Your congregation is invited to join with other Congregations who are committed to spreading the good news of Christ Jesus worldwide! During this past decade the ministries of World Methodist Evangelism have increased dramatically as new congregations have been established, thousands of leaders have been trained in evangelism, evangelism resources have been made available in multiple languages, and witnesses have been multiplied around the world. During this decade the World Methodist movement has grown by one million per year.
As the ministry has grown, the need for financial support has grown. Therefore, congregations have "covenanted together" for World Methodist Evangelism by committing in Prayer, in financial support and in sharing of the gospel in their community.
A COVENANTING CHURCH is a congregation, which makes a commitment to World Evangelism to
FLAGSHIP CHURCHES are those congregations, which give leadership in the Methodist Movement. These congregations encourage prayer and fasting, enable the ministry of Faith-Sharing and give $10,000 annually for the work of World Methodist Evangelism around the world.
