SEVEN NEW METHODIST
CHURCHES THRIVING IN LATVIA!

The Connecting Congregations movement began in the Czech Republic and Slovakia in 1992. Within the same year, it quickly spread to Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia and Estonia. Today, seven strong Methodist churches -- some for Russian speaking people -- are thriving in Latvia with the help of enabling churches of the World Methodist Connecting Congregations movement. The Latvian Methodists have built a strong and sustaining relationship with the people from their enabling churches and Christ's mission has flourished on both sides of the Atlantic because of these World Methodist CONNECTING CONGREGATIONS!
